We are an authorized dealer for RealToursOnline.Com
Our insurance packages are designed to help you with your home or business inventory. A good inventory is not hard to accomplish if you do it room by room. All inventories should include photos to protect you and your valuables. (see *** at bottom of page)

We will come in and develop panoramic images (hereafter referred to as a Pano) of up to 360 degrees of your large rooms showing all the items in each room so all you will have to do is look at these pictures to develop your inventory. In each room as part of the standard packages where we shoot a Pano we will take up to 10 pictures of individual items that you specify as items you want to be represented because of their value to you. You will make all the choices about what items we photograph individually in these larger room.

Not all rooms will require a Pano image and for those we will use standard photography techniques. Examples of these types of rooms are small rooms like utility rooms that contain things like washers & dryers, control panels and such. We will incorporate into these photos as much of the equipment as possible and as always it is your choice as to what we will photograph.

Once we have completed your session we will process all the images and add them to a CD or DVD media for you with all the photographs sorted on the disk by room. The images will be saved as standard JPG files readable by all current computer systems and most new set top DVD players. You can then very easily store the media at your chosen location. Most people will either put a copy of the media in their bank safe deposit box or at a relatives house. The reason for doing this is so that if your home or business should suffer some catastrophe the record of your inventory is not destroyed along with your belongings.

The average time it takes to finalize your photography package is approximately 3 days but will vary depending on the complexity of your shoot. To set up an appointment or to consult with us you can use our contact page or you may call us at (772) 933 6571.

These are our standard packages. If you require something else please contact us for a quote.

Things you should do before we arrive to do your Photographic Inventory.

1. Make a list of the rooms you want photographed.
2. Determine what rooms you want 360's of and what items in those rooms you want individual photos taken of. It will be easy if you indicate these on your list.
3. Be sure the rooms are the way you want them to appear in the photos. Our photographer is not allowed to move items.
4. When we shoot our pictures of the individual items in the rooms we do 360's in we will either take the picture of the item in place or you will be responsible for handling them to place the item in an appropriate place for the picture to be taken. Usually a table or other stable surface able to hold the item.
5. In many cases if you have floor plans of your home or business it will be a great aide in developing your photography session and we would appreciate it if you could supply one to us prior to the shoot. If you don't have one a simple sketch would be appreciated but it is not necessary.

*** Why Take Pictures for Insurance Claims?
The main reason for taking pictures for insurance inventories is financial. Without proof of ownership, insurance companies usually won't replace items or cut you a check to cover the costs of replacing them.”

So as you can see choosing one of our inventory packages could really be a GREAT benefit to you in what could be one of the worst times you may face after a natural disaster like a hurricane, fire or other tragedy.
